Botanique Workshop larger size Multi Use Lavender Therapy PillowUsed to treat aches, pains and cramps when used hot. Simply heat carefully in the microwave and apply to affected area to soothe aching muscles or just to warm yourself as an alternative to a hot water bottle. Can also be cooled in the freezer and used as a cold pack treatment for reducing swelling. 100% cotton by Merchant and Mills. The bags are filled with cherry stones and infused with lavender essential oils making them especially soothing to use.

Great socks. I use them for dog walking instead of the thick wool ones which are usually available in walking shops etc. They have washed well and they are slightly padded underfoot. Great to have longer for winter and shorter girlfriend socks for summer.
