Processing Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days of receiving payment. During busy periods, dispatch may take slightly longer, but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
Delivery Options (UK Only)

Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 1st Class) – £4.95 / Free on orders over £50
Delivery usually takes 2–4 working days after dispatch. -
Tracked 24 Delivery (Royal Mail) – £6.95
Delivery usually takes 1–2 working days after dispatch and includes tracking.
We currently only ship within the UK. If you’re outside the UK and interested in placing an order, please contact us directly at hello@palmerbydesign.co.uk
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your purchase, but if you’re not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Return Period
Please let us know if you would like to return an item within 14 days of receiving it then you have 28 days of receiving it to get it back to us.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags and original packaging.
How to Return

Once we receive and check your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 working days.
Return Costs
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packing your order, but if something isn’t right, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item (e.g. for a different size or style), please get in touch. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, stock permitting.
